While joining as a full or limited member doesn’t guarantee you a boat berth rental, due to high demand, it does place you high on the wait list for a berth and provides access to obtain launching privileges at our shallow boat launch. Members with a birth rental are permitted to store their boat trailer in this MWS storage yard for no additional cost. However, please note that only boats capable of being floated off their trailers can be launched at PYC. Trailer parking is available across the road at Midwest Sailing in the enclosed yard, offering a secure spot for your trailer while you’re out on the water.

A member of any level at Portage Yacht Club, precluding those with a berth, have access to our transient docks, allowing you to come ashore and enjoy a meal at our restaurant or pick up a to-go order. Whether you’re looking to dine in or take a meal on the water, our docks provide a convenient spot to dock and indulge in delicious food while enjoying the beautiful surroundings.
