Jobs are available (or become available from time to time) at both Midwest Sailing and Portage Yacht Club. If you would like to be considered for one of these jobs you will need to follow the steps below to apply.
- Download the four-page PDF application form included below to your desktop, notebook, or tablet computer (cellphones are not practical). The Download Link is at the bottom of the form below. Remember where you save the download.
- Open the downloaded PDF application form with Adobe Reader.
- You can then fill out the form on your device. Note that a large number of fields indicated by asterisks (*) and/or highlighted in red are required.
